• OAuth tokens to access your Gmail with your consent.
• Email metadata and content strictly to deliver features you enable (e.g., generating summaries or reply suggestions).
• Technical data: logs, device info, and usage analytics.

How we use information

• Provide and improve Klin AI features (summaries, replies, search).
• Customer support and troubleshooting.
• Security, abuse detection, and legal compliance.

Google user data

Access to Gmail is requested via OAuth and limited to scopes you approve. We do not sell Google user data. You can revoke access any time in your Google Account security settings.

Data retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service. Disconnecting Gmail or deleting your account removes stored tokens and related data after a reasonable processing period.

Security

We use industry‑standard security (encryption in transit, token storage best‑practices). No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
